Another week has flown by, much like the windy days we have had!
In our indoor circle time sessions this week you have enjoyed playing our
"Good Listening" games - the Giant's Keys is by far your favourite at the
moment! Our number focus has been "finding" a number in the cabin. It is
good to see that 3 can look very different dependant on what you are
counting. A HUGE well done to those of you who found this "finding" game
tricky at times - this is great, you are learning something new! My
favourite indoor game has been seeing you warm up those cold fingers after
Forest School with our Dough Disco song and dance.
Outdoors, Mrs Allen and I have really enjoyed seeing you play and explore
in new parts of our Forest School. The side of the cabin has been a huge
hit this week as we have had leaf weaving, creating a leaf picture, dens,
torches, teddy bears' picnic, balancing and a new space for us to practise
our running skills.
We are looking forward to seeing you bright and early tomorrow morning,
get those fingers ready for some bug printing for some special artwork
that we are creating - ssshhhhhh don't tell your grown ups! :-)
